Select one from each course on our prix fixe menu:
·         First Course: 
o    Rich and velvety shrimp bisque flavored with tarragon, cream, lemon juice and a hint              
           of cayenne. Garnished with plump shrimp.
o    Cool spinach salad with fresh, local vegetables and homemade dressing


·        Second Course: 
o   Juicy herb-rubbed roasted sirloin topped with crispy bacon and bacon horseradish butter, served over garlic               mashed potatoes and paired with lemon parmesan broccoli.
o   Tarragon chicken, slow roasted and served over a white bean and kale ragout. Paired with lemon parmesan                   broccoli.
o   Oven roasted stuffed mushroom finished with white truffle oil and served over a white bean and kale ragout.               Paired with lemon parmesan broccoli.


·         Third Course
o   Supremely rich and decadent warm chocolate cake
o    Maple yogurt topped with seasonal fruit and chunks of chocolate toffee
