Beginner Series: Let it B with David Oliphant
“Just Let it Be” is a beginner class that will help you understand and practice the following “B’s”
Belly - understand the importance of using your belly strength to stabilize a posture, protect your lower back and increase your strength. A happy belly = a happy back!
Balance - review some of the basics of balance, using the "four points of balance" in your feet, using your “yogi toes” and tailbone to help your balance become effortless over time.
Back - how to use, safeguard, mobilize and strengthen your back in a variety of yoga postures.
Breath - the key to “flowing” in yoga is moving WITH your breath. We will review exactly what that means and how it can start to happen in your practice without giving it much thought or effort. We will even learn how to sing the vibration and chant “OM”.
