Yoga Workshop: Deep Yin w/ Wini
A specific Deep Yin sequence to let go of Winter and celebrate Spring!
Deep Yin encompasses long held static stretches that relieve layers of tension in the connective tissues. In this exploratory workshop we will focus on a calm yet intense restorative sequence designed to unravel the accumulated tension of the winter months and prepare for the potential of Spring.
Appropriate for all levels.
