Workshop: Demystifying the Handstand

In this playful workshop we will break down and explore the pose that many of us are fearful of.  See the world from a different perspective as we  condition the body for this powerful pose. We will build strength and courage, individually and with partners, as we learn tips on how to kick up with stability.  This workshop is for curious and enthusiastic yogis of all levels. Please bring your yoga mat, a good sense of humor and a willingness to come falling down, but fear not we'll be in the padded room!
