The OffShoots

Members of The Mixers, a popular Bay Area Classic Rock band, discovering the popularity of American Roots revival music, expanded their instrumentation to include Banjos, Mandolin, Slide Guitar, Percussion, Flute and Accordion, and The OffShoots were born.

With three excellent singers, the vocals are powerful and the harmony sweet. A nimble and diverse rhythm section supports the acoustic melodies. It is obvious the band loves this music and they deliver it with enthusiasm, warmth and feeling.
