Come and join us for a Running Form Workshop with coach/trainer Jan Alotte (owner of Alotte Fitness) on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 9am at the Pacifica Pier.
This workshop is designed for all levels and is an exclusive free presentation to Pacifica Runners members, so if you'd like to attend and you're not a member, now would be a good time to join.
At the workshop you will learn the skills, drills and techniques needed to make major breakthroughs in your running. You'll discover your optimal natural running form to maximize speed and performance, and take control of running injuries.
You can expect to improve these six key running components:
- foot strike
- cadence & stride length
- body positioning & mobility
- shoulder movement & arm swing
- torso & spinal stability
- neck & head alignment
