Prenatal Partners Workshop
Designed for the pregnant woman and her birth partner (husband, wife, doula, friend, sister, etc) this workshop includes group discussion, yoga practice, partner poses, hands-on techniques for supporting the birthing woman, breathing exercises and meditation, and a resource packet.
