The Pacifica Historical Society Presents: 
Pacifica Jack Cheese Contest

This event gets bigger every year! Locals conjure up their best dish made with Pacifica Jack Cheese, judging will occur right before the event begins and then everyone is invited in to dig in and taste!
Blocks of cheese can be purchased from the Pacifica Historical Society at the Pacifica Coastside Museum for $8, visit 1850 Francisco Blvd. T-Thurs-Sat & Sun. 1pm-4pm

DEADLINE TO ENTER IS MARCH 28th
ENRTY FEE: $20
CONTEST RULES
• contest entry fee: $20 per entry
• contestants may submit a maximum of 2 entries ($20 per entry)
* each entry must indicate one category for judging 
• each entry will receive 2 lb. of Pacifica Jack Cheese prior to competition
* each entry must use both pounds of cheese & provide bite size samples
* contestant to provide entry recipe for Pacifica Jack Cheese cookbook 
* all entries will be served by contestants & devoured by party attendees

Private Judging occurs between: 3:45pm & 4:30pm 
Doors open to the public at: 4:30pm
