Wilderscat! is the unique 'vertical vocals' approach of Daniel Nealand to adventurous versions of jazz standards, improvising unique, soaring melodic 'scat' solos over a 4-octave range ala Ella Fitzgerald/ Sarah Vaughn. The quartet also does comic lyric parodies and crosses genres & eras for the 'wildest' songs - jazz, soul, blues, pop to country - from Ellington thru Waylon Jennings to Radiohead.
