Mori Point Yoga Hike
Take your yoga practice off the mat with this workshop! This 90 minute hike will take you to Mori Point and suitable for all levels. We will integrate standing and balancing yoga poses along the way - no mats necessary! There will be optional up-leveling for those seeking a more intense workout. We will be meeting at the parking lot where San Marlo way meets the ocean at Rockaway Beach, behind the Best Western hotel.
