The practice of meditation nourishes a positive and conscious relationship with one's mind. Many believe it is essential groundwork for good health and true happiness. During this workshop, you will learn to develop or strengthen an attitude of openness and acceptance of life as it is, in the present moment. You will explore ways to tame the mind, decrease stress, increase alertness and improve your concentration. We will practice sitting as well as walking meditation. Join us in the journey of discovery, healing and awakening.
