Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation journey that induces complete states of physical, mental and emotional relaxation while remaining fully conscious. Translated as "yogic sleep with awareness," Yoga Nidra is the perfect antidote to anxiety, stress and restlessness.
In this workshop we will explore our intention, and we will practice gentle, mindful movements and breathing exercises to prepare for Yoga Nidra.
Then you will be guided in a delightful and comprehensive awareness practice that fosters effortless receptivity in the body and mind, watering the seeds of restoration and healing.
