Historical Hike: The Path of Gasper de Portola & SF Bay

Join us for the 245th Anniversary Celebration of the 
European Discovery of San Francisco Bay 
by Gaspar de Portola.
Distance: a strenuous 3-mile round trip hike over hilly terrain 
Meet: at the Pacifica Community Center, 540 Crespi Dr.
Time: meet at 10 am to view a historical display and see a 
short film “Fascinating Facts Along the Path of Portola.”
After the video presentation, we will carpool to the Sweeney Ridge 
trailhead at the far east end of Fassler Ave. 
The hike starts there at 11 am.
Hike is open to everyone, however children must be accompanied 
by an adult
