February Yoga Intensive: Unlocking the Hips

In this extended practice we will work logically and progressively to unlock deep tension in the hips. An emphasis will be placed on learning and repeating skillful movements that are both attainable and sustainable and reassessing habitual patterns that no longer serve us. 

Expect an in-depth deconstruction and reconstruction of the deeper hip opening postures integrated with both cleansing and grounding breathing practices.
