About Us

Ocean Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes: Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Gentle, Prenatal, Family Yoga, and much more. We also offer Pilates and Belly Dance, room rentals, private instruction. We have classes that are perfect for the beginner and classes that will make you sweat, and all others in between!

Massage therapy and is a great adjunct to exercise. We have massage available 7 days/week with highly trained therapists that offer many modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, cranial sacral, shiatsu, Thai, sports, and prenatal. We can also accommodate for couples massages.

Now, you've done the yoga, and supplemented your practice with a massage. What's next? Why a facial of course! Our esthetician uses Aveda and doTERRA products so you walk out with nothing less than radiant, glowing skin, and a sense of calm.

We also have a small boutique offering eco-friendly mats and yoga props, clothing and local gift items.
