DESCRIPTION:Ladies Jiu Jitsu Tuesdays\n\n\n\nJoin Deb Arans and Victoria Tome for BJJ  basics and self defense in a female only class atmosphere. All levels welcomed. \n\n\n\nDeb Arana holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with over 35 years of experience teaching various forms of movement techniques including ballet\, samba\, pole and aerial dance\, fitness group classes\, personal training & Pilates both group and one on one sessions\, and of course Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. \n\nVictoria Tom  at 20 yrs old holds her Brown belt under Bruno Bastos. Born in Brasilia / Brazil her mother encouraged her to start to train Jiu-jitsu when she was just 6 years old with Professor Cl udio Careca.\n\nShe started competing when she was 11 years old becoming a professional at 13 years old when she started traveling all over Brazil to compete.
