DESCRIPTION:The PB&R in partnership with the Pacifica Historical Society & the Golden Gate National Recreation Area Presents:\n\nThe Path of Gasper de Portola Presentation & Hike\n\n\n\nJoin the 249th Anniversary Celebration of the European discovery of the SF Bay by Gasper de Portola\n\n\n\nThis strenuous 3 mile round trip hike will begin with a 10am short film\, "Fascinating Facts Along the Path of Portola"\n\n\n\nAfter the presentation carpools will take hikers to the Sweeney Ridge trail head at the far east end of Fassler Ave. The hike will begin at 11am. \n\n\n\nThe hike is open to everyone\, however\, children must be accomoanied by an adult\, no reservations required.
