DESCRIPTION:Pedro Point Surf Club Presents:\n\nThe 27th Annual Big Chill Out - A Surfing Competition\nAnnual fund raising surf contest presented by the Pedro Point Surf Club. Entry fee includes surfing divisions\, t-shirt\, goodie bag\, banquet and awards. Longboards should be at least 9' or 3' over rider's head. Shortboards 7'4" or less. Raffle tickets for surfboards and other good stuff will be on sale at the beach on contest day. Proceeds go to Ride-A-Wave\, Surfrider Foundation & Pacifica Beach Coalition.\n\nDivisions:\n\nMen and Women longboard age divisions\n\nSUP and shortboard (open)\n\nMenehune (13 & under) longboard or shortboard -- intended for kids without prior competition experience\; heats will be mixed longboard and shortboard\n\nNovice (13 & under - any board type / boogie boards okay / assisted surfing)   boys and girls -- intended for kids that are beginners or needing assistance
