DESCRIPTION:This amazing program identifies and thanks wonderful local people for their service to our community while serving as a fundraiser for our TV station.\n\n\n\nPCT's non-profit Public TV channel is the oldest such station in the US and has provided vital support to our Northern California community for over 30 years. Thanks to PCT sponsors and friends\, this year we opened up a satellite studio in Half Moon Bay\, complete with laptops and cameras for the community to check out to get started on their projects!\n\n\n\nThis year's honorees are:\n\n\n\n1) Karen Peterson Ervin (City of Pacifica Council Member)\n\n\n\n2) Steve Brown (Community Videographer and the Bruce Latimer Show)\n\n\n\n3) Rita Mancera (Puente de la Costa Sur (PUENTE))\n\n\n\n4) Dr. Susan Hsu (Optomotrist/Coastal Clean-up)\n\n\n\n5) Charlie Hilder (Baby Face Boxing/ Community Hero)\n\n\n\n6) Cara Schmaljohn (HMB Senior Coastsiders )\n\n\n\n7) Paul and Amy Kukielka ( Chit-Chat Cafe)\n\n\n\n8) Charise Hale McHugh ( Half Moon Bay Coastside Chamber of Commerce and Visitors' Bureau)\n\n\n\nEach of the above honorees has demonstrated their commitment to Pacifica by supporting various programs and non-profits like ours in their own way.
