However\, you do not have to live within these neighborhood boundaries to attend. Everyone is welcome to help Plan Pacifica! In early 2019 the City of Pacifica began the simultaneous process of updating its General Plan and Local Coastal Program and developing a new specific plan for the Sharp Park area. The General Plan is the City's most important planning tool. Pacifica last comprehensively updated its General Plan in 1980. Now\, it's time to create a new plan which will guide the City for the next 20 years or more. Without it\, we will not be able to address physical development and the conservation of resources in a way that reflects our community's values. To learn more\, visit www.planpacifica.org.
